| Chocolate is evil |

Mood: good, 1007 Views | | I introduced a small tradition here at the company. A few weeks ago I brought in some chocolate eggs for Easter and now my boss is continuing that tradition. I believe chocolate is evil. I try to stay away from it, but i just can't. I feel my teeth, but that's not enough to drive me away. What can I do to withstand the temptation? Chocolate is evil for sure and is here to conquer the world | |

| Easter Bunny |

Mood: sad, 1093 Views | | This morning started with a shock. My co-worker came to me with the shocking tale that he killed a bunny yesterday. He saw some rare birds and as a photographer he wanted to get them on a photo. Maybe he overlooked something 'cause he killed a bunny. I asked him if it was a bunny with a basket of eggs and he wasn't sure. So if you don't get eggs from the easter Bunny this year, I would blame my co-worker, but he was really sad about it though. I think he is really really sorry. | |

| A new day |

1157 Views | A new day has started again. Last night we had local elections over here and as expected the 'lefts' has won over the 'rights', which just means that there is a shift over power because of disappointing results with the current local parties for the past term.
So we'll see what happens for the new term. I am very doubtful about the result seeing what happened for the past years, but we'll see.
A few days ago we also had a snow blizzard in Holland. That was a first. I love snow, so I didn't mind, but the people in their cars did mind. The biggest traffic jam in the Dutch history was the result. And even the trains (which is my main means of transportation) had huge delays. But as said.. I love snow, so I kept smiling 
Today we will get rain probably. At least the temperature is higher again. This weekend my heater broke down and it took a day to fix it. It was pretty cold in my house, so I am happy with the higher temperatures The heater is fixed now, but I am looking forward to the Spring now and also to my summer vacation to Torremolinos in Spain | |

1068 Views | Yes another day has started. I am not sure how this day will turn out though. I am slightly feeling better thankfully, but I still need to take it easy. Tonight I will go and see a Dutch comedian, so that will be nice and a good distraction of things I hope.
As of now the sun shines, so it is time to get busy Well in the sense of taking a shower, resting and cleaning a bit. But nevertheless it is good to see the sun again for sure | |

Well it is almost the end of the weekend and it seems that the time goes so fast, even when I didn't do much this weekend.
I am still doubting if I will go to work tomorrow. I've been sick the whole week and I still feel my head. Luckily things are somewhat better now and according to my boss things are pretty quiet at work, but I always feel guilty when I stay at home. I have the idea that I can loose my job when I stay home and in my mind I need to be really sick to stay home. But it's probably all in my mind, so we'll just see how tomorrow goes.
Today I had a birthday, so that was nice. We all talked and I gave my cousin a baby sweater. It will be a long while when she will get her baby, but she liked it, so that was nice.

1177 Views | What makes a person happy. Is it the smile of a child, buying the latest cd of your favorite group or artist, thinking of the good times together with family, all sitting around the christmas tree or just having a good job with great benefits ?
I think we all can find something in the above and that also goes for me. But still I have the feeling I am missing something. I am missing that little piece of my happiness jigsaw puzzle and I cannot find the damn piece anymore.
My job is ok, but not what I really want in life. I am alone but I don't mind that. I had relationships before, but they all went to bust. I can search my inner self for a long time, trying to find what the reason was for the end of the relationships, but the best way is to say that it was partly me and party thm. Things are always a two-way street, so I don't think this would be an exception. But yet I still feel empty.
So what is it ? What is that thing that makes me happy and how can I find it back ? | |
