Sunny today, a bit dry and cold. My weight-losing plan gets into 2nd week. The resul turns out that I've lost 2KG. I keep exercising for no less than one hour a day, like jogging, running, climbing stairs. Later I am going to learn Yoga. Bandari's music fits Yoga very much, so relaxing and soft. This time I think it should be my last time to lose weight. I've get something I want and it becomes my motive to reach my goal...God bless me....

Hi,

good luck. You can do it if you really want to. Problem is..to keep the weight once you reached it.
I know what I am talking about..once lost around 18 kilos in 2 1/2 months and then it was very hard to keep it as I started to eat my sweet temptations again
